Upon making a reservation with Powder Addiction LLC, all guests agree to these terms and conditions:

Powder Addiction has no control or responsibility for the weather.

Payment Details

Reservations for cat skiing and snowboarding require a non refundable 50% deposit on individual seats and private cats. For private cats we accept payment and communicate with only one trip leader. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled trip date and will be automatically charged to the credit card we have on file for you.

Minimum Age

Minimum age is 14 if accompanied by a parent and 16 without a parent. All minors must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

4 to Ride Rule

On any given day we must have 4 seats sold to guarantee the trip will go. We will take reservations for less than 4 and then try to fill the day but cannot promise it will go.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of scheduled trip. Cancellations prior to 7 days can reschedule for no extra fee, or receive a 90% refund, for complete cancellation.

Refund Policy

In the rare case that skiing and boarding must be cancelled due to mechanical failure, road closures or high avalanche hazard, Powder Addiction will provide a full refund. Powder Addiction does not provide refunds for a client’s inability to arrive on time or for health related issues or cancellations due to family emergencies or injuries. Powder Addiction reserves the right to cancel a package at any time, and full refunds will be given. Powder Addiction cannot be held responsible for any client’s personal inconvenience or travel expenses.
